I started Geek and Gamer Fitness on April 7th 2012. I purchased a living social deal for 10 sessions for $25.00. I thought perfect 10 classes that’s pretty cheap I can do anything 10 times. I figured I would just complete my 10 classes and call it good. I started out 2 days a week and after the first week I started going 3 days a week. I was hooked! I haven’t really worked out since highschool so I was a bit rusty. The only exercise I had done was running which I had just started in January. Now I feel like our workout group has become a part of my weekly routine. If I have to miss a class I truly miss it. Our coach, Jason is the best. He isn’t that slave driver, in your face coach. If you give it your all he is happy with that. But you better believe if after awhile he feels you can do more he is going to push you to the next level. For example, wearing a 25lb weighted vest for parts of your workout. Geek and Gamer Fitness is the reason I have become committed to fitness and nutrition for a healthier lifestyle.
